Rating Items

When rating an item, what does the 1-to-5 star scale represent?

1 star: I hate it
2 stars: I don't like it
3 stars: It's OK
4 stars: I like it
5 stars: I love it

The ratings you submit are private and are never shared with other Endless.com customers, except as an aggregate. These ratings are used solely to help our customers make the best purchasing decisions.

Why don't all items have ratings?

Ratings are submitted by customers. We rely on you to help us provide the most accurate information on products--good or bad. If an item is not rated, that just means a customer has not yet submitted a review for it.
