Will I always get my order the next day?

Posted on our Web site is a clock which indicates the time by which you must make your purchase in order to receive your item the next business day. When making your purchase please take into account that overnight deliveries placed before a weekend or holiday may not arrive until the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after our shipping cut-off may not arrive until the following Tuesday. Check the Free Overnight Shipping Clock to confirm when your package will arrive. Note: We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

You can check the tracking information available in My Account by clicking "View orders" and selecting the appropriate order listed. Please check this information and read through the following options:

• If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
• If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
• If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
• Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates and territories also qualify for FREE Overnight Shipping though in some cases orders may take 1-3 days for arrival -- please review your order confirmation which will state if you are in an area which requires additional transit time.
