Delivery Estimates

Endless.com offers free shipping to all domestic addresses. Most items are shipped Free Overnight, Clearance items are shipped Free Standard, you'll see the shipping method noted on the product detail page and underneath the items as you browse.

Will I always get my order the next day?

For items noted "Free Overnight":
The clock on the website indicates the time by which you must make your purchase in order to receive your item the next business day. When making your purchase please take into account that overnight deliveries placed before a weekend or holiday may not arrive until the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after our shipping cut-off may not arrive until the following Tuesday. Check the Free Overnight Shipping Clock to confirm when your package will arrive. Note: We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

For Clearance items noted "Free Standard":
Clearance items will arrive three to five business days from the ship date. Occasionally there may be times when something out of our control prevents us from delivering as planned, so here's the fine print:

FREE Overnight Shipping promise applies to items in our store denoted "Free Overnight", and shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states and the District of Columbia, but is subject to other geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to particular products. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates and territories also qualify for FREE Overnight Shipping though in some cases orders may take 1-3 days for arrival -- please review your order confirmation which will state if you are in an area which requires additional transit time. Items denoted "Free Standard Shipping" will be arrive three to five business days from ship date, or can be shipped via One Day Shipping for an additional charge of $17.98 for the first item, and $4.99 for each additional item marked "Free Standard Shipping" -- orders must be shipped to an address within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia and within Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, Guam, and U.S. protectorates will be sent Free Standard Shipping and will arrive 3-5 days after shipping--please check your order confirmation for details as some APO, FPO or DPO addresses may take up to 21 days for delivery. A signature may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case, an attempted delivery on the delivery date meets our delivery promise. For your order to qualify for our delivery promise, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the product detail page.

During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for overnight delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if inventory runs out), items may not be delivered on promised date. Please review your Order Confirmation e-mail for details.

Currently we are not able to ship internationally. In the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Endless.com, packages will be delivered as fast as possible, but may not occur overnight. Endless.com reserves the right to change or discontinue FREE Overnight Shipping, FREE Standard Shipping, or other promotions at its discretion.

How much does shipping cost?

Endless.com offers FREE Shipping on all orders.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

You can check the tracking information available in My Account by clicking "View orders" and selecting the appropriate order listed. Please check this information and read through the following options:

  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates and territories also qualify for FREE Overnight Shipping though in some cases orders may take 1-3 days for arrival -- please review your order confirmation which will state if you are in an area which requires additional transit time.
