Payment Declines

If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.

We will try charging the same card again if you do not submit updated information. Typically, we attempt to charge a credit card daily for one week before canceling your order. To update your credit card details or submit a different payment method, visit My Account and select the link to "Edit credit card".
