When do I get my Bing cashback reward?
You are eligible to receive your Bing cashback reward 60 days after your purchase. Bing will e-mail you to let you know your cashback reward is on its way to your Amazon Payments account. To learn more about the Bing cashback program, visit the Bing cashback page.

How do I get my cashback?
To claim your cashback, you need to click on the "Get cashback" button to go to the Bing site and log into your Bing cashback account.  Both a Windows Live ID and a Bing cashback account are required to claim your cashback. Bing will deposit your cashback reward through Amazon Payments. You can create your Amazon Payments account with the same login and password as your Endless.com account. Once your cashback has been deposited through Amazon Payments, you will be notified by Bing and Amazon Payments via e-mail. You can withdraw your Amazon Payments balance to your bank account, transfer it to a friend, or use it to make purchases on Amazon.com.

Which items are eligible on Endless for cashback?
Currently all items sold on Endless are eligible for cashback, but you must enter Endless via a Bing search identified with the  Bing cashback icon to qualify. Gift Cards are not eligible for cashback.

Why didn't I get cashback on some of the items in my purchase?
You only get cashback for items you added to your cart in the 24 hours after you came to Endless from a Bing cashback-eligible link. (Tip: To identify a Bing cashback-eligible link, look for the associated coin icon.) If you leave the Endless.com site, you may lose the Bing cashback eligibility.

Why did the rate change when I made my purchase?
The cashback percentage is set at the time of purchase, so we can't honor the cashback percentage you saw on an earlier visit.

I thought I placed a Bing cashback-eligible order, but when I go to Bing.com, I don't see my purchase. Why not?
You may not have clicked on the "Get cashback" link. To do this after you've placed your order, go to My Account, click on "View orders" to find your order, click the "Get cashback" link, and login to your Bing cashback account.

Is there a maximum amount for a cashback reward I can receive per order?
Bing has a maximum cashback reward is $200 per order. For example if you bought a $3,000 pair of shoes and the cashback rate is 10%, you would only be eligible for $200 cashback and not $300.

How exactly is the cashback amount calculated?
Your cashback is determined by the rate active on the day you completed your purchase. It is based on the price of the item after discounts and does not include shipping and handling fees, taxes, gift wrapping and other such additional charges.

What happens if I return or cancel an item which was Bing cashback-eligible?
The returned or canceled items are not eligible for Bing cashback rewards.

What information is sent to Bing?
In order to process the cashback for you, we need to send Bing your e-mail address, order ID, cashback amount, rate and date of purchase. We don't send credit card information, your name, or other information to Bing.

Who is Bing.com anyway?
Bing.com is a new search engine operated by Microsoft. Endless is working with Bing to offer the cashback rewards.
